Policy on Cancellation

Your admission/enrollment can be cancelled if a request is made within 24 hours of admission/enrollment.

To cancel, send an email to with your email address and phone number given during registration, or call 9061 345555.

Refund Policy

Our Learning Solutions/Products come with a trial period of 7 days. In the event that the Product/Solution does not meet your requirements, you may request a refund within 7 days of admission/enrollment.

A cancellation charge of @amount for International Graduate Program and 20% for other programmes will be charged after 7 days of grace period.

A Refund Request will be deemed valid only if it is submitted to or called in on 9061 345555  within 7 days from admission/enrollment.

An original Invoice or Fee Receipt is mandatory for the cancellation process.

Refunds will be made directly to the bank account within 10 working days from the day of cancellation.

No Refund will be provided for Subscriptions after 14 days from admission/enrollment.
